This tool identifies the 6 behaviors from research on compassionate leadership. Interviewing leaders in a variety of organizations and levels, these behaviors showed what compassionate leaders do on a regular basis.

The tool can help anyone become more self-aware and intentional of what behaviors make up compassionate actions.
